Welcome to Be Elite Academy at Las Cruces Catholic School

Be Elite Academy is proud to provide a welcoming, structured, and engaging after-care program for children in Pre-K through 8th Grade. Located on the Las Cruces Catholic School campus, our program gives students a place to complete homework, explore new interests, stay active, build friendships, and create lifelong memories.
Each day includes a variety of supervised activities designed to support the whole child. Depending on the schedule, students may participate in homework help, arts and crafts, STEM activities, creative projects, indoor and outdoor games, and other age-appropriate enrichment opportunities.

After-Care and Sports—All in One Place

Throughout the school year, Be Elite Academy will also offer organized, age-appropriate sports leagues and instruction. Sports may include co-ed basketball, flag football, volleyball, soccer, gymnastics, and other seasonal activities.

Students enrolled in the after-care program will automatically be enrolled in the age-appropriate sports leagues offered during their enrollment period. Participation is always optional. Students may choose whether they would like to play, and parents may opt their child out of a sport without affecting the child’s enrollment in after-care.
Students who participate will have opportunities to:

• Learn the fundamentals of each sport
• Develop coordination and athletic skills
• Practice teamwork and sportsmanship
• Build confidence through instruction and organized games
• Try new activities in a positive, supportive environment

Students who choose not to participate in a sport will continue with the regular after-care program. They will still receive homework support, enrichment activities, arts and crafts, STEM opportunities, recreation, and supervision on every program day we are open. Our sports leagues simply provide children and families with another exciting option—right on the Las Cruces Catholic School campus.

ECECD and Private-Pay Enrollment

Be Elite Academy is licensed by the State of New Mexico and is a provider for the New Mexico Early Childhood Education and Care Department, or ECECD.

We welcome families with ECECD child care assistance contracts as well as families who prefer to enroll through one of our private-pay options. Families interested in no-cost child care assistance should select the ECECD Registration link below to review current program information, eligibility requirements, and application instructions.

ECECD-approved families should confirm the services covered under their individual child care assistance contract. Private-pay rates and any applicable sports fees are listed in the payment plan section of this webpage.

Registration Requirements

To register your child for the Be Elite Academy Before- and After-School Program, please complete and submit the following:
• Completed Registration Contract
• Completed Payment Plan
• Completed Medical and Consent Form
• Signed Discipline Policy Form
• Signed Family Handbook Form

All required forms can be accessed through brightwheel. Click the registration button below to begin. You will be securely redirected to brightwheel, our student registration and admissions platform, to create or sign in to your account and complete your child’s registration/admissions packet.

Through the brightwheel platform, parents will be able to:
-Create or access their family account
-Complete and submit student registration forms
-Upload required documents
-Update their child’s and family’s information
-Receive program announcements and messages
-View invoices, make payments, and access payment records
-Complete additional forms or enrollment requirements
- Assigned a family passcode to sign your student IN & OUT

Program Calendar and Closures

Please refer to the school calendar below for all dates when Be Elite Academy will be open or closed, including scheduled school holidays, no-school days, sports practices, and game days.

The program will be closed on the following holidays:
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.
